Within 14 Days of Service

If you're not satisfied with your consultation or recommendations within 14 days, you're eligible for either a full refund or a complimentary revision consultation.

To request a refund, contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number and a brief explanation of your concerns. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refunds requested more than 14 days after service completion are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds after this period, we remain committed to addressing any concerns and finding satisfactory solutions.

For ongoing service packages (such as Elite Partnership), unused portions may be eligible for prorated refunds depending on circumstances.

Cancellation Before Service

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund, no questions asked
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or credit toward future service
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but may reschedule once without penalty

4. Product Returns from Third-Party Retailers

Products purchased based on our recommendations are transactions between you and the respective retailers or brands. Each retailer has its own return policy, which governs those purchases.

We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, fit, or accuracy of descriptions from third-party sellers
